Representatives of Yessenov University took part in a meeting of leaders of leading higher education institutions and scientific organizations of Kazakhstan and Germany in Berlin, attended by Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The meeting focused on further developing cooperation in higher education and science between Kazakhstan and Germany, expanding academic ties, conducting joint research, and accelerating technology transfer. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the importance of integrating Kazakhstan’s higher education system into the global academic and scientific space, highlighting the need to direct university partnerships toward concrete scientific and technological outcomes.
A major highlight of the visit was the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation between Yessenov University, Kazakh-German University (DKU), and Mittweida University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Mittweida).
